He has been associated with McDonalds, Indagro foods Ltd, Karma Restaurant (A Walchand Group Venture), Reliance Food court, Dosa Plaza, HAS Juices, Paradise Juice, Bhagat Tarachand etc. in various responsibilities of Restaurant Set-up, Franchise Operations, Process planning and Implementation, Training and Administration.

Has Contributed towards Business Development, Designed, developed and implemented Standard operating systems and manuals (SOPs), Strategized policies & procedures in the operating systems and has conducted training workshops on customer care, Business controls, Food Safety & Hygiene. Created & measured Service levels and operations through Audits.

He was part of the Core Team at Mcdonalds for “P2I” (creating model restaurants and its set-up); Menu development team for McDonalds. The Objective of the team was to create model stores that would achieve quicker “ROI” and this model to be rolled out across all McDonald’s.

He has part of various delegations for International Expos, seminars and events representing Indian Restaurant Franchising Industry.

He was a part of the delegate for the New Delhi lead Buyers’ delegation of Indian Business Executives to the International Franchise Event – IFE 2009, IFE 2010 at Washington D.C. and IFE 2023, at New York. He was required to showcase the Restaurant segment, specifically Franchising in India.

He was part of the delegation to the Qatar High Commission to present the Indian Food industry in 2012 to Indian and Qatar business houses.
